I'd have mom rechecked for the roundworms in a month - they may not show up if its a recent infection. And have the kittens checked too. More then likely they will have them from mom; even tho she doesn't show right now.

I can't wait to see Rags' kittens because there is no telling what they could look like!! I'm not sure of her age, since she was a stray. But my guess is that she is pretty young, like 1 or 2 years old. I will let the vet give me a better estimate when it is necessary for her to go.
And thanks, I think she is a pretty girl, too. She is the second calico I have adopted recently ( I still have the other one, her name is Josie) and the third calico I have had in my life. When I was a kid I had a beautiful, gorgeous dark long haired calico named Cindy. She died of bladder cancer.
