I know I am going to sound so naive and paranoid...but I was wondering how much exercise is safe for a 6-7 week pregnant cat. My Bella loves her Da Bird..but I get so nervous now when she is jumping like crazy off the ground playing with it. I want her to get exercise..but is this to much?

As long as she isn't jumping 3 or 4 ft in the air, I wouldn't worry.
Maybe you could try trailing it on the floor while walking around. My girls love to run after theirs that way, and it's great exercise for all of us!

I would not allow my females to do jumping after 5-6 weeks pregannt. And they were confined to the cage the last 2 weeks before kittens were due.

Its fine to run around the house still and maybe do some jumping from the treehouse (even then I'd be a bit worried) but to entice her to be jumping after toys is risky.

In another week, I would confine her to a large cage or the room you want her to have kittens in and keep her their. Only let out with supervision.
