I know I saw a post about this before but I searched and I cant find it.
How often do you completely clean out your litter box? And do you clean it with anything? (lemon juice, enzyme cleaner, etc)

I did some search for you and here it is:-

Anyway, I clean out mine every 3-4 weeks. I have only one kitten and two large litter boxes, and I scoop daily so I don't have to clean out so frequently.

I don't use chemical cleansers at all. I use hot boiling water and immerse the box, soak them until the water cools down. Air dry.

Usually, even after emptying out the box and replacing them with new litter, I still sprinkle some old litter on the top. Just to remind kitty that's her litterbox.

I clean them with soapy water and bleach once a week.

hey thanks for the search link, I dont know why I couldnt find it myself! I think I read somewhere once that bleach makes cats want to pee there, but for a litter box I guess thats a good thing!
