The points are how you can send people gifts like the pac-man, 3 pink kittens, rose, paw and heart that you have under the word "donate" -- it costs roughly 212 points to send one (148 if you are a paying member) Everytime you post or start a thread you earn points -- other users can also send you points and you can send people points as well. It's all found in the vbPlaza Menu button on the top of the page.
