Last Friday I submitted by application for admission to Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. I heard back from the admissions office this morning. I have to take the placement test still but there is some good news in all of that. Since I did so well in English Comp 1&2, I don't have take the reading and writing portions. I do have to take the math portion of the test. I'm pretty happy about that. The call was on my voice mail, I didn't get the chance to talk to anyone from the school today. I guess this would mean that I don't have to take the English Comp courses again?

I just took my placement test yesterday for IvyTech and did pretty good. I don't have to take any Reading. I have to take college English and Pre Algebra math. YUCK.
hmm, my guess, i jsut means you cant start with there english courses.
My guess would be that you'll be able to take an AP English course to satisfy your English requirements. Good luck on the test!
