Cats+Sewing =Cat-tastrophe

I love them. I really do.
That being said, the felines in my house had me at the breaking point this morning. I was trying to hem a pair of pants this morning so I could wear them to work. I decided it would be quicker by hand than dragging out the sewing machine. Bad. Idea.

Bella had to help me reorganize my sewing box. Stan had to help me thread the needle. Both wanted to play catch the string . Stan wanted to climb up my leg to get a better look (ow, ow, OUCH!). Stan wanted to play with the sissors. Bella likes my pin cushion.

I am wearing a different pair of pants . I'll have to hem them tonight while DH distracts the felines with the lazer pointer.

They wanted to help. They just don't sew very well.

Awww...

Maybe you should get a polydactyl, with the opposable thumbs, it would be better help with the sewing.
