Well the wife told me I had to join, so here I be. It took soooooo much convincing. LOL.
We've got two cats at present. A beautiful jet black siamese domestic mix named Hercules, he just turned 4 on the 15th. He's my baby. Love the terrified ball of fuzz.
The other one is a rescue. A beautiful little minx named Keira. I don't know the breeding, but we found her running around our backyard right after we moved in. Turns out she was the upstairs neighbor's cat, but they couldn't keep her inside, the cat kept escaping. Amazing enough we haven't had that much trouble keeping her indoors.
I'm not as connected to Keira as I am Hercules. She was very standoffish to everyone except my wife for the first 8 months we had her. When she'd go into heat you wanted to rip your ears out. This God awful raaaaaaaaaaaaa-ooooooooooow, that just echoes through the entire house. We thought we were clever when we locked her in the bathroom, until we found out that there was a hole in the wall that separated the bathroom and the kitchen. Little miss Keira figured that she could go through the hole and exit the cupboard of the kitchen, again terrorizing us with her desperate please for romance.
In the next few days I'll try and post a few pics of our wonderful kitties.
