Hello. My likes to play with her water dish. I'm not sure if it's for pure joy, or if she's trying to tell me something. I've bought three different dishes (a bigger one and a double one) trying to make it harder for her to play with. But it hasn't stopped her. Inevitably, it leads to a watery mess on the floor. The latest thing I did was buy a small piece of carpet (welcome mat size) and she's managed to spill it enough to soak the carpet.

I'm am about to liquid nail her water bowl to a patio block!

Any help is appreciated.

I use ceramic dog dishs for my cat's water. I find they are a little bigger and heavier and not as easy to tip or move around.

My cat has a really big bowl--its called the bathtub! No honestly he quite playing in his bowl when he found out water came out of the silver thing on the wall--now I just run the water in the tub for about 30 seconds, he jumps in and plays in it til it drains out.
