Dunno. Saturday is usually our night to go out. Maybe Korean or Vietnamese food. Or Middle-Eastern.

Well I've been abandoned as Neil went off with a friend to watch his son play high school basketball so I'm not sure what time he will be home. Probably leftovers as I made a big kettle of soup the other day.

There's no place like home
Shrimp and Pepper Pasta. Basically red and green bell peppers, a sweet onion, fresh basil, crushed tomatoes, salsa and garlic. Throw in some shrimps and serve over bow tie pasta. It's really yummy. Perhaps with a side of fresh brocolli.

I assume "supper" means dinner ie. the main evening meal...? I think of supper as a light snack after dinner.

Anyway, for dinner we'll probably have meat and veg. Maybe a tri tip roast.

I'm home alone and don't really feel like cooking tonight so I threw some jalapeno poppers in the oven.

I'm making homemade pizza tonight. I've already made the dough, went to the store to get the toppings, and am about to make the pizza.
We'll see how it turns out since this is the first time I've made dough.

I had such AMAZING food on the cruise, I cant even imagine what to eat tonight! Maybe I can talk the hubby into Alex's Diner for a cheap date night dinner - an open-face roast beef with gravy is tasty (but not as tasty as prime rib and salmon for free on a ship!)
