So What's On Your Menu Tonight

I decided I was in the mood for fish tonight so I am having Homestyle
Fish and Chips.
I am doing Haddock filets in the oven with a coating of breadcrumbs seasoned with dill and lemon pepper and frozen potato wedges.
For dessert Blueberries and vanilla yogurt.

What are you having?

Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Mango and Curry
Jasmine Rice
Whatever veg looks lovely, probably either asparagus or broccoli

Maple Poached Apples

We had lasagna and baked potatoes.

I just had steamed asparagus with butter. Yummmm.

I think we're doing homemade chicken strips and velveeta mac and cheese. Plus probably a veggie or fruit. Then fruit pops for dessert.

Haddock filets poached in lemon juice, homemade coleslaw, and mixed vegetables (frozen carrots, peas, corn, red peppers and cocktail onions).

We had salad and trout stuffed with crab and scallops. GIRL SOUT cookies for dessert.

Tator Tot Casserole. One of my families favorite. Got to figure out what to have on the side...maybe fresh green beans.

Sausage and pepperoni pizza from Rocky Roccoco's (a Wisconsin chain). Neil picked it up on the way home from work with a couple of choco chip cookies. I opened a bottle of Vino Verde -not exactly pizza wine but hwy is pretty good!!

We had to go to the bank after work, so DH decided he was thinking Arbys

I didn't feel like cooking or heating up something from the freezer so I just had a slim fast shake.

I had an extremely healthy dinner of mozaralla sticks.

roast chicken and seven kinds of roasted vegetables - EZ
we have some leftover fruit salad for dessert (daughter and husband will add whipped cream)

Oh, man.... I wanna eat at your house!!!!

I made a big roasting pan full of veal stew, and didn't get to eat any. Had a doctors appt and then off to look after the kitties. I grabbed some soft chicken tacos at Baja Fresh.

I also got a takeout small pizza And I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow

French Onion soup with provolone cheese and a bowl of fruit.... Not doing well on the diet

I had 2 pieces of frozen pizza, it just wasn't what I wanted, so thats all I had Nothing else looked good

Oh man! I haven't had Rocky Roccoco's in years! In my junior year of college, I had two roommates...one had a boyfriend who owned his own pizza restaurant, and my other roommate's boyfriend was a manager at Rocky Roccoco's! I ate pizza just about every day that year!
