Buddy is doing well. There is so much of a difference, he gained some weight and is starting to act like a carefree cat..He loves to play, but my kitties still have not accepted him. He is going to his new home this weekend. He will be the KING of his castle. Buddy is a good cat, he has a little mean streak, but I think that will wear off once he feels
more comfortable and realizes he does not have to fight for food.
He loves to sleep in my bed. I wish i could keep him, but my Torrie is a little stressed out and I do not want her to get sick again. Doc said she has Feline herpes..but I am doubting it since no one else has any signs of it..she is the only one that sneezes alot and gets a cold easy.
But anyway, a Happy ending to a lost/tossed kitty. I feel good that we could help him.....NEXT!!!!

Aw... you've got lots of "potato chips" and one to spare!

I'm so glad he's doing better and will be going to a wonderful home. I'm sure his mean streak will wear off in time.

Your Torrie may well have herpes. It's very common. Our little Flowerbelle was rescued sick with herpes (among many other things) and five years later, none of our other cats has been infected.

for doing the right thing for Buddy. I know it must be hard.

I'm so happy that Buddy has found a forever home.

I also have to agree that it's very possible for Torrie to have herpes without the other cats getting it.
Our Gracie has it.
Annabelle had been with us for over 5 years and Elliott has been with us almost 2 years and neither of them have been infected.
