I've only had the supersize Mcdonalds fries. There was a point in time when I ate them almost every day.

Wow, I haven't had any of those! Although I had a Baskin Robbins mint chocolate ship shake, not quite like the chocolate listed but I bet it's close to it.
I remember when I had worked in BK the guys who would order the double whopper with cheese. I would gag if I had to eat that, it's too much! Thankfully most of the guys who ordered those were construction workers so I guess they could burn off the calories but still, the cholesterol... ugh!

Maybe its because I'm a...
I
Krispy Kremes! They really are different to other donuts. Its more like eating cake. I love the plain ones and the jam filled (I'm a traditionalist), and the Devil's glazed. Fortunately I start to feel ill after 2/3 and that gets me by for about 6months!
Otherwise I would probably have heart failure.
Technically I've never eaten any of them, but I've had the frappucino in a smaller size, and every other kind of KK donut.

When KKs came to England they were featured on 'The Food Programme' on Radio 4 and the programme featured a nutritionist who explained that they were basically a heart attack in circular form. She was quite persuasive, until the show's presenters actually tried a donut, and you couldn't hear her over their moans of delight.

The only thing I've had was the Applebees Sizzling Apple Pie. It's so amazingly delicious though. But it looks like i won't get THAT anymore!

The only one I've had is the krispy kreme, but not a regular thing, because I don't really like krispy kremes.

I've had a few off of that list. As long as you eat a healthy diet on a regular basis, and only splurge on that type of food once in awhile, it's really not going to hurt you. It's the people that eat that food on a regular basis that gain lots of weight.

I no longer eat that stuff...though the Krispie Kreme makes me think of deep-fried goodness :drools:

Thankfully there aren't any KK's here...just whatever little you find in the grocer's market.

I've only had one thing on that list, which are McD's supersize fries. My city doesn't have a Starbucks, Krispy Kreme, Baskin-Robbins or an Applebee's.

You might be interested in this; it was in my husband's Men's Health magazine: 20 Worst Foods in America.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21838237/

We were looking at this one evening before going to the Macaroni Grill for dinner.

Worst pasta
Macaroni Grill Spaghetti and Meatballs with Meat Sauce
2,430 calories
128 g fat
207 g carbs
5,290 mg sodium
This meal satisfies your calorie requirements for an entire day.
(I had grilled salmon and spinach.)

The worst food in America
Outback Steakhouse Aussie Cheese Fries with Ranch Dressing
2,900 calories
182 g fat
240 g carbs
Even if you split these "starters" with three friends, you'll have downed a dinner's worth of calories before your entrÃ[emoji]169[/emoji]e arrives.

I can't believe Chipolte burritos aren't on there, even their salad bowls are EXTREMELY fattening and full of sat fat and sodium! I will never eat there again.
