Under the cats, mostly.
OH dear. I'm in real trouble. I'm all three!
I think the worst though is the sugar... then chocolate... then the carbs. If I don't get sugar at some point in the day I finish up with the headache from hades. It's not just a want now, it's a need

My name is Emma and I'm slowly but surely destroying myself from the inside out!!

All of the above.

Chocolate - must have it every day. without fail.

carbs - definitely addicted but could go a day or two...

sugar - love it, but can live without it, unless its in chocolate, in which case see above, lol.

Of the choices, definitely chocoholic.

Don't get me wrong, I do love potatoes, bread, pasta, and all that, but the meat and veggies portion of the main course definitely scores over the carbs, and it's not uncommon for our main course to be lower on carbs -- especially if there's been a high bread component in the rest of the day.

Sugar? Not compelling at all, not even in chocolate, as I much prefer dark chocolate, the higher in cocoa the better.

Just that. None of these foods have fat. Oh yeah, add potatoes to that list. The much maligned potato. So, eat just these things: potatoes, beans, rice, bread, and pasta, my beloved pasta. None of these foods have a trace of fat. Supplement with fresh veggies and fruit. Don't worry about the protein, make beans your base food (soak overnight to prevent you-know-what). This worked for me. I am now 150 and used to be 230. I lost that 80 pounds in just over a year staying on that very diet. Good Luck!

Oh, and sorry, exercise.

I guess carboholic. Most things I have are sugar-free, and I can take or leave chocolate. Live without carbs? Don't think so.

Carbs.

Being the Irish lass that I am any potato smaller than my head is boiled and mashed. Any that is larger is baked and served with bacon, sour cream, butter, and chives. (and a side salad)
