That's something! I'm not sure what exactly it is, but it definitely sounds like improvement.
The increase in discharge makes me wonder if it'll be really soon though. (I don't have any experience with it though because the first time Twix got pregnant I didn't even know to look or it, the second time she had only a little bit right before she started having contractions.)

More for her. Go Dill!!

Do you have to use a special litter box with low sides for her? I can't see how she could get over the sides of a regular box with that belly!

Nope same litter box, we set up a large low sided cake pan in our room with litter in it too just so she can stay there and not have to go to far but wont use it so.....

NO KITTENS YET......

I have to say....THIS IS GETTING REALLY HILARIOUS!!! I mean really! How long have we been at this now??? 285 Posts??? Dill needs to hurry up and do it already!!! I think she is just leading us all on and there aren't actually any kittens, she just wants to see how long we will keep this up.... She is probably thinking "Stupid humans"!

We all just want to see her kittens! After all, with a face like the one she has, the kittens can't be anything but gorgeous. (She's also big enough to be mistaken...come on, who DOESN'T want to know how many she's got? It looks like five hundred!
)

If you don't want to have them now Dill, have them tonight! Everyone's waiting!

Go dill go. It kind of scares me that her water broke yesterday and she still hasn't had them. I have heard that there shouldn't be more than a few hours between water breaking and a kitten.

Aww Dill... I paid for internet in my hotel room to see if you had your kittens yet!

I hope she has them at midnight, what a great way to start your birthday!

Her water didnt break I spoke to the vet she said it might have been pee....only because if her water broke there would have been alot more than that( apperently) and she would have started to clean herself...im not worried if the vet isnt....she said everything is ok, I belive her.......I trust her whole heartedly she has been our vet for years with all our pets

New here (kinda) to this thread anyway... I joined this list 3 years ago when I adopted a cat from the pound only to find out she was pregnant... I recognize some of the names from then, so some of you may recall "Willow-the-wonder-cat" or "Finding Chemo" lol. I remember having a thread just like this. Anxiously trying to figure out when she was going to have her kittens - hence where the "wonder" part of her name came - as in - I "wonder" when her kittens will ever come. LOL

ANYWAY... correct me if I'm wrong... but a cat's water doesnt break as a humans would. Each kitten is it's own sac (and placenta). Hence each has it's own bag of water... the sacs usually dont break until after they are born and the mother rips them open. Occasionally they do break before then, but from my understanding it is caused by the birthing process.

I started reading Dill's thread the other night - I SO relate to your anxiety. Here's hoping her newest preening is paws for the cause!

Wow -- just read this whole thread, and wow. You could make an epic movie of this tale, not even kidding.

I'll be back tomorrow, hopefully Dill will have decided to go ahead and have some kittens by then.

And Ms Friskers had better not get any clever ideas about her labor from this...
