Yes, When I was 12 I saw my brother being born, and then in october dill delivered still borns....and I used to work in a farrowing unit for a large pork production company, I used to deliver baby pigs, I was a midwife to pigs so to speak, When dill delivered in october it was nothing like this pregnancy, totally different thats why i am so confused

And no she hasnt started to deliver ne thing yet....but she has been making many trips to her birthing box and litter box if that is any indication of whats going on here

Dill,

Can you see ANY movement of kittens or contractions. Not to worry you, but she could be having trouble in delivery. I pray that the kittens are not dead, but IMO she's overdue. Maybe call your vet????

I can see the kittens move from across the room thats how many(or big)they are....as for being overdue...I dont know to be honest because she could very well have gotten out again Im pretty sure she did get out right after xmas, ....The kittens are fine in there i can feel them EVERY time i put my hand on her tummy....her area is swollen and she is loving up her birthing area( not a box but under the TV stand in my room( a small cuboard) And if she did get out right after christmas(around the 27th or 28th) she would be due tomorrow(or today) so....If she has not had them come monday we have an apt with the vet so....and she seems to be okay, eating fine(hasnt slowed down much), the kittens are moving well too....I notcied today they seem to be much lower in her abdomen....When i spoke to my vet she said to keep an eye on her and bring her in if nothing by monday.....so I will do...If ne thing seems abnormal I will take her sooner for sure...

well suzy was leaking and she had her kittens the same day. and pretty much all my other cats were the same way. check her tummy, if its rock hard and u can feel the kittens really easy plus the discharge i think its time.

Ya her stomach is harder....and the kittens were moving a lot lower in her tummy today so....Im hoping, usually she wont go into her birthing area without coaxing but she is in there right now.....But she hasnt been grooming too too much and she is still eating normally...then again last time(still born) she ate right before she started pushing

u know a lot of people say they wont eat before giving birth but hey suzy ate between kittens. so i dont think that means anything. some cats wont eat and some dont. and the grooming isnt a big deal either. my josie couldnt groom herself at the end because she was to fat to reach anywhere. just keep an eye on her. u might see some action tonight.
