Hello everyone! I didn't see a newbies section so I thought I would just introduce myself here. I live in the Dallas area and currently have a 10 year old brown tabby, Aussie, and a 5 year old black labrador, Bailey. I am also about to get an Abyssinian kitten at the end of March and I can't wait!
Aussie has been around cats most of her life but not in the last three years so I'm hoping it goes over smoothly. My labrador is very sweet and gentle but I'm sure won't be able to stop sniffing the new kitty for several weeks. She needs an animal friend so badly and Aussie pretty much wants nothing to do with her. I'm hoping the new aby will be the perfect addition. I've always wanted an aby and the timing seems right. Well, I just wanted to say hello to everyone and I look forward to chatting with all of you!
