Okay so I'm a BIG fan of crafts! Always have been! And I wanted to share some of my Shrinky Dink pendants that I've made this week.
Shrinky dink is the thin sheet of plastic. (its the size of a normal piece of paper maybe a tiny bit thicker) You can draw on it with all sorts of mediums and then you bake them in the oven for a minute or 2 and they shrink down and thicken up. They are completely awesome and I am obsessed!
I'm actually making a charm bracelet for my swap partner on another forum (its a craft one. PM me if you want info on it!) our of this material. We are doing an LOLcat swap! I cant wait to start on those this week!
Anyways here are some of the pendants!

A keychain for my BF its his car.

Freehand vine work

This is actually a tattoo design that I'm going to get for my Bday I think.

This one turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined!

Anyways what do you guys think?
Any ideas for neat LOL cat charms?

Do you have a photo editing program? It might be a good idea to up the brightness slightly - I can't see anything on the first one.

If you could make oval or round ones and edge them in wire somehow it would look very nice on bracelets and necklaces. Maybe look around for some nice glass beads to go with them too.

The first one was an experiment with printing on it. It looks much better in person.

And right now they arent completely finished I still need to sand down the edges and put them on a necklace!
But you can cut them in any shape! Its really cool!

Did you draw the last one (the japanese girl?). That is awesome! And I love that tattoo design.
I had never used them! They sell it at most craft stores now!

I put the plastic on my computer screen and traced it out. But did all the coloring! I wish I did! I'm going to make it into a necklace with a bunch of wooden japanese looking beads.

Those are cool!

I use to love watching the shrinky dinks shrink in the oven. That was the best thing as a kid!
