So, Chestnut has aquired Gizmo's eye infection, however unlike Gizmo he won't let me clean them OR give him meds. I know that if I have my fiance pin him down and wrap his arms around his entire body and keep him from moving we can get the job done... but that is just soooo horrible. I've been giving him lots and lots of treats for letting us get near his eye... but food is no motivation for this kitty!

Any suggestions on how to make this go easier? The poor guy has been through so much the last 3 months... I don't want to stress him out anymore.

ANY and all advice is appreciated... we will try anything!

geez... I have no idea, both my kittys cooperate pretty well. At least you have help with your fiance. Rather the pinning him down, can your fiance wrap him in a towel and hold him tight while you deal with his eyes?

What type of meds? pills or liquid? I've always been able to crush up a pill and mix it in with some tuna. Same with the liquids, or sometimes I'll put the liquid meds in a bit of milk. My cats never turn down milk or tuna

While we are waiting for the eye culture results to come back the vet just has us cleaning the eye with some eye cleaning solution he gave us two times a day, which is actually helping.... But unfortuanly it HAS to go into his eye

Have you tried having your fiance scruffing him? That works with my kitties when they absolutely need to be held down.
