JcPenney's is my favorite department store, I also really like Target but I don't think that qualifies as a department store?

I don't have one, but I will give you DW's instead since you are probably wanting women's favorite, anyway. It's the one that keeps us broke all the time and wondering where our next meal is coming from. The one that gives me nightmares of being on the corner with a tin cup. Neiman-Marcus!

I hate shopping too!

But if I have to go ... in no particular order:

The Bay
Wal-Mart
Zellers
Penningtons
Reitmans

When I'm in the USA I like to go to Target. But we don't have that one up here...yet.

We used to have that store here too, but the prices over here were really outrageous! I went in and looked at stuff and I couldn't believe the prices. I don't think anything in that store was under $200.00. I even saw clothing and shoes hand bags for $2,000.00!!!!

I never went back! I believe they closed up their Canadian stores a few years ago.

Not sure these count - Borders (bookstore) and F.Y.E. (cd/dvd/game type store). I don't actually enjoy shopping for much else.

Since we moved I shop at Wal-Mart more than Target. When we lived in Iowa it was reversed.

I don't like JC Penny's, etc. DH usually has to drag me in there kicking and screaming when it's time to buy him new clothes.
I help him pick out his work clothes.

Where my cats are
My two favorites are Khols and JcPennys. Both seem to have things lately that flatter my shape and my age. I've bought several things recently at Jc Penny's from the A.N.A. brand that were so cute and made me look good! Khols I like for work/dressy clothing mostly, but I've found a few everyday tops there too.
