Bit of fun

I'm collecting up annoying 5 pences to see how many I can get before the end of the year (how many I get in change)

Usually I don't like 5 pences but I thought it would be interesting to see how many I could get.

At the end of the year I'll post how many I got shall I? It's just for the year.

Anyone else collect annoying coins as change?

We throw all of our small coins in a tin and when it gets full we bring it to the coin bank and get a grocery store receipt for it, it is usually enough to pay for our weekly shop and we do it a few times a year

We have a bottle which we'd just put any small change into... and when it gets full - which it usually does and quite quick, we'd see how much is there then take it to the bank get money back which could be like 20 pounds, or even 30 pounds and we use that in lil savings fur anything!
And since it gets full quite quick, every few months we'll have bout' that amount And use the money for a Holiday, or put it towards a great holiday

We have a jar that we put all of our change in and it counts it for us! I'm too lazy to roll it all though so I usually take it to a Coinstar and just eat the .10 on a dollar or whatever it is.
