Just reading through the threads here and noticing how it's now kitten season again
Some females are still going into heat so males are wandering around as well and turning up here and there and then you have the pregnant females and the new kittens...

I pray for all the strays and ferals in this hard time. I hope we can all help as many of them through this season - and above all that as many cats as possible, ferals, strays and pets, will be spayed/neutered as soon as possible...

Thanks go to all of you kitty angels for taking care of them!

Well you do your part as well Anne. I know of a few males that are walking around now in your area that won't be contributing to the problem.

I hate it when Spring gets closer for this very reason. It is so sad that the stray and feral population stays so large despite all of the work we crazy cat ladies (and men) do.

At least all of the males around my house meow in a falsetto voice! So, they sure aren't contributing to the problem!

Fighting for ferals in NW NJ!
We managed to trap funny-face, so he's been neutered. :tounge2: But we still haven't found the grey mum (the one we think was mum to Munchie, Magic and Thanksgiving). And there's another new male around - a HUGE gray tabby with white paws and part-way up the legs. I'd be willing to be he's Lazlo's dad!

At least a bunch of the snow melted, so we can trap again.
