I was curious what you guys know about this food. I haven't the opportunity to get over to check it out.

It doesn't post ingredients online.

This is what we feed to our barn cats. It's not the best food but we can't feed anything really expensive out there because of the coons and possums. But it doesn't have dyes like some of the foods which is the one thing I do like about it.

I'll work on posting the ingredients if anyone wants me to.

Ok, here is everything on the bag...


Ingredients:

Chicken by-product meal, ground yellow corn, ground wheat, corn gluten meal, soybean meal, animal fat (preserved with BHA and citric acid), brewers rice, animal digest (poultry and fish flavors), calcium carbonate, sodium bisulfate, brewers dried yeast, salt, monocalcium phosphate, potassium chloride, dextrose, choline chloride, taurine, fish meal, vitamin E supplement, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, zinc oxide, copper sulfate, niacin, vitamin A supplement, calcium pantothenate, manganous oxide, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin supplement, pyridoxine hydrochloride, biotin, vitamin B12 supplement, menadione sodium bisulfite complex (source of vitamin K activity), sodium selenite, folic acid, calcium iodate, vitamin D3 supplement, cobalt carbonate.

Hmmmm...yeah...probably okay for outdoor kitties, in which you wouldn't be scooping poo all the time!!Haha...


Personally, even when i had barn kitties, and when I switched to 'better' food, I noticed a change; their coats were much better, and they weren't so fat! I like the health benefits of higher quality food...not that it's always do able for outdoor kitties, but if one can, I recommend it!
