For some reason Biscotte has decided that she must move the water fountain away from its corner into the middle of the kitchen floor. I couldn't understand why I kept finding it there, usually with a trail of water behind it. Then I watched her do it - she takes a drink, then gets behind it and pushes it with her head right out four or five feet into the centre of the kitchen. Then she drinks again. Why would it taste different? It is quite heavy when full - it takes three litres of water and she has to really push. She doesn't move the food dishes. It has me really puzzled as this is now a daily occurrence.

Maybe she is moving it so she can see around her better. I know my girls are on alert when they're drinking water, more so than food.

Cats are just plain weird. Maybe she just wants it to be in the middle of the room to have fun watching you trip over it?????
