Nollee and her long lost sister...

So this weekend I went to Petco and the adoption agency i got Nollee from was there with some kitties. We talked for a good 2 hours or so and I asked about Nollee's former cage buddy who's name is Mona. Well Mona was actually Nollee's sister, I think she was older and from a previous batch of kitties, there was about a 6 month difference between the two. Anyways I found out that Mona JUST got adopted a few weeks back. The poor girl was living with the adoption agency for over a year with no takers (its a non-profit, no kill agency). I hope she is happy in her new home. I guess Mona and Nollee were abandoned by their mother but luckily this was after they were past feeding from their mom. Nollee and Mona where barn kitties for about 5 -6 months. Nollee had just encountered humans a week or more before I brought her home. Im SO glad I had the patience and time to give Nollee a loving indoor home. I would have taken Mona with Nollee but I didnt have the cash and I was already sneaking Nollee and Tiger into my apartment.

Mona also has white paws and a white belly just like Nollee.

They are both beautiful. Nollee looks a lot like my sister's cat Isabelle.

Thanks. I wish I could have taken both of them but I didnt have the funds at the time. Mona was really unique looking and such a sweetie. I cant believe it took this long to find her a home. She has a great temperment and I think she is beautiful. The picture doesnt do her any justice. Im just hoping that she is happy where she is now. Im still in shock that it took the adoption agency a year to place her somewhere.
