I live in Annapolis County. I am willing to drive quite a distance though.
I'm located in NS and know of a couple of places. Check your PM's for some info.
Not necessarily to the OP, just some advice to anyone who ganders into this thread:
A GREAT way to find a low cost clinic would be calling up a no kill shelter (or sometimes any shelter) and inquiring about them. Some even have dates where they will neuter/spay your cat for you. I recently called up one in my area, and set up an appointment with them for Sunday. (Money has been super tight.) I'm getting my baby vaccinated and fixed all for only 50 dollars, as opposed to the 300+ price I was being told by many vets. Just call around, and you can find some really good deals.
