He's a survivor in politics - I just am not convinced that he will get anything done.
I hate that Ice queen, B*, man in a skirt thing. When women do what it takes to succeed in a man's world they get demoralized. I would like to see how far she would have gotten wearing 4 inch heals, red lipstick, "sexy" hair. She would have been labeled a wh***.
Hilary is smart and capable. I think she knows exactly what is going on around her and no one is pulling the wool over her eyes. That being said, she has too much hatred directed towards her and she would not be able to get anything accomplished. We would have four years of infighting.
Right now our country needs a really strong leader. The economy is going to turn into a huge nightmare. All the social things people are talking about doing are never going to get done with the current deficit. Nothing is going to get done with the current deficit.
Barak is smart and capable as well. I really like the fact he is not of the "old guard". If anything it seems the American people are sick and tired of business as usual. He does represent change.
Like Katachtig, I too wonder if he has the skills necessary to delegate and deal with the HUGE mess he would be inheriting.
What I want in our next President is a person that will be unifying. That will restore some respect with the rest of the world. That is not a war monger, but is willing to protect when needed. Most importantly I want a President that is willing to take care of the problems at home first and foremost.
If I have to choose between McCain, Huckabee, Clinton or Obama, I would choose Obama.
Also, why is it no one is talking about Ron Paul? He actually has some good things to say.
