I try and do yoga a few times a week, and other than one of the boys laying on my mat, I have never had any issues. Today I decided to do a yoga relaxation DVD and the result was hilarious. I have special prop pillows and wool blankets for relaxation poses, but I must admit that I rarely use them. I store them in a room upstairs, which the guys like to play in. So, I get them out, and get into a few poses using the bolster and blanket. Ares and Hypnos take to running over me and sitting on my chest, all the while Ares is meowing as loudly as he can.
In the final pose, Hypnos took to clawing me under the blanket, and Ares plopped on top of my legs - then decided to start biting them. Needless to say, the session ended and considering the scratches and bites - I didn't come out of it feeling very relaxed
Not sure when I'll try the relaxation DVD again
