I signed up yesterday and started the Meals today. I can not use any Sugar Subs. They give me Terrible Migraines. Is there any other thing I can have besides Coffee,Tea and Water. I have Soy Milk with the Breakfast. I can not drink Coffee because it makes my Gerd get bad. I signed up for a Year.

Yep. There is no Jenny Craig centres here, but I have owned one of her books for years. It's called "What Have You Got to Lose".

It gives you a 2 week shopping list of foods to buy. No hard to find items. Everything is available in Safeway.

It gives you a 2 week menu plan of what to each each day for breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks.

And it gives you all of the recipes to prepare the foods.

The plan involves a great deal of cooking because you are making foods ahead of time for future meals, and you are always cooking for 4 or more and eating one serving and freezing 3 or more potions.

what sugar subs have you tried? i have issues w/aspartame, but that's about it. i have to watch my sugar alcohol [xlitol, mannitol, etc] intake, too. i also am evidently allergic to stevia [natural product] but i can tolerate splenda & saccharin. haven't had diet soda in years because of the aspartame.
if you can tolerate the sugar alcohols, you can often find them at health food stores in granulated form.
stevia comes in a powder & a liquid.
there's also a lactose-based sweetener, that is sugar, but lower in glycemic impact than table sugar. it's called Whey Low.
