My poor Rupert. She is due to turn 14 this year. Over the weekend one of her front teeth fell out and her gums have been bleeding since. My mum is taking her to the vet this afternoon but I'm fearing the worst as she is not eating or anything.

I'd appreciate some vibes that she will be okay. Thanks.

Oh no...you must be very worried.

Sending lots of vibes that a good dental cleaning will fix Rupert right up.

Thanks guys! Update: she has a gum infection and the vet put her on antibiotics and painkillers. She has apparently already started eating more and drinking some catmilk.

The brat apparently managed to get out of the cage while my mother was driving and luckily settled on the back seat for a snooze! She then attacked the vet; she's a fiesty one!!

I'm glad you found out what was wrong and that your girl is eating again.

I have an attack cat too...My Vet told me that the next time Annabelle comes for her check up that he's going to wear a bee keepers suit.

Did your vet discuss having a cleaning after the immediate infection is cleared up?

Healing vibes on the way for Rupert.

She lives with my mum 4 hours away and it was my mum who took her in so I'm not sure what was said. I'll find out though.
