Eyes

I noticed that Roke's eyes are watering. Should I clean or wipe them?

Is it clear ar coloured? Blossom has had a clear discharge from her eye a couple of times so I press my finger on the inside corner for a few seconds & it clear up. The vet showed me how to do this when my puppy had the same problem years ago.
