So what's on everyone menu's for this evening.

Tonight I am making sweet and sour pork riblets, lo-mien noodles tossed with baby corn, sugar peas and water-chestnuts...
For dessert yogurt and frozen blackberries..

Dinner hadn't even crossed my mind until I saw this thread, and now all of a sudden I have a huuuuuuuuuuge craving for cheese souffle and a nice salad. Haven't done that for ages, and now I can't think of anything else.

I actually hadn't even thought about it yet. I'll probably leave it up to DH...so it'll probably be sloppy joes.

We're having lemon-pepper/dill chicken breasts with cornbread stuffing and I haven't decided on a veggie yet. I really ought to go do that...

Oh I looooove that! Sometimes I'll add a little granola too! Just not so much that it gets mushy, then it's not so good!

I have no idea, we don't have much for groceries in the house.

But after reading this thread, I am starving

Not sure what I'm going to have. I was thinking meatloaf, but I'm feeling a bit nauseated right now, so I may just have a salad later, or skip dinner altogether.

Meatballs (not homemade, unusual for me) with for me - a bit of alfredo sauce and shirataki noodles, for dh - with rice. No dessert, nice green salad, coffee with half and half.

Not too exciting, but quick, delicious and lower in carbs.

Potato leek and garlic soup with a red onion, blood orange salad and honeydew melon for dessert. I guess this is the veggie night.

Well, I'm still feeling nauseated but I decided to make the meatloafs anyway. I bought the meat on Friday and didn't want to leave it sit in the fridge any longer. Not sure if I'm going to have any tonight though.

YUM! I love sloppy joes. I have some mix in the cupboard to make those, maybe I will have that tomorrow.

Tonight I had Subway. I had a cold cut on italian herb and cheese bread with cheddar cheese, lettuce, cucumbers, pickles, light mayo and sub sauce.
