I dont get why they all of a sudden stopped covering their poop? They have 3 litter boxes and one or two of the cats just doesnt bother covering it anymore? DO u know why they are doing this? Do they enjoy the smell?

It can be seen as a dominate behavior. But there are a few other reasons - maybe they don't like the smell and don't want to stay in the box long enough to cover it? Maybe the boxes are a bit small for their tastes? (Sho used not to cover his, switched to a larger box and now he does)
Maybe you switch litters later or that batch of litter is a little different?

Does the other cat cover for other two?

Some have different potty habits. My youngest, Abby, has never covered anything she does. Well, ok, she did once and I was so excited about it that I came and posted about it!
But she is one that hates to get her paws dirty so she tip toes in, perches with 3 legs on a corner of the box, keeps one leg in the box and stands on her tippy toes, does what she needs to and leaps out.

Occasionally Chynna will go in behind her and cover it up, but Abby can't be bothered.

There is nothing wrong if they dont' cover it. That's just their habit. Besides, they know Meowmy or Daddy will come along and scoop it out anyway, so why put in the effort of covering it up when we're only going to uncover it again anyway?!

My Misty will be 15 years old this month and I can count the times on one hand when she has buried her poopies. There is nothing wrong in that, I guess they don't think it's necessary. I just cover it myself.
