Hi everyone, I'm a newbie, and a cat lover. I live in the midwest, am married, and a grandmother. Over the yrs., we have had 4 cats, but, have recently lost 2, Harley, who left us last year, and Miko, who joined Harley at Rainbow Bridge a few weeks ago. We have 2 kittys left, Mac, our shy boy, and Maxi my baby girl....she is a bundle of joy. Our new addition, adopted last week, is a Maine Coon...male, and is in hiding (we named him "Jack")! I love to garden, and am a Hosta collector. I am a member of the HSUS, the ASPCA, and the World Wildlife Federation, and donate monthly. Well, there you have it!

Welcome to the site Lynxie. I'm new to the site as well. Wow you do alot of things for animals by joining the ASPCA and such. I'm going to volunteer again at my local animal shelter this year.


I am 45 , swf from Ontario canada , live with my parents and own two female spayed cats named Misty and Taffy. They are my babies.

I've lost cats too and I'll probably put photos of them up as they were wonderful babies and I miss them. Unconditional love from an animal is its best reward.
