This is my latest monthly arrival from www.zooba.com. It was written Barbara Tuchman and published in 1962. It's about the first month of World War I, what led up to the war and it won a Pulitzer Prize.

Has anyone read this book?

No, but I've been maning to for years. I hear it's excellent (as most of her stuff is). I find WWI fascinating!

I'll pass along a review after I finish it. This is my first full book on World War I. I know quite a bit about the Civil War, some about the War for Independence and a lot about World War II but I know very little about WWI and Korea. Shoot, I know more about the Battle of Zama in 202BC than I do WWI.
