Not that I know of. I rescued his mom last year, I got her from someone who was giving her away because she was pregnant. Same story with the kittens' mom this year but not the same momma cat. Both mommas came from the same general area though so I guess anything's possible!

they are soooo cute!! and it is so sweet that they have an "uncle" to keep them company!! Now, remind me-which kittens already have homes lined up? Thank you again for this thread!! I really love watching them grow!!

The kittens have a babysitter now. Woodward discovered the babies yesterday and fell in love with them. He sits with them all the time now when momma is out of the nest, and sometimes even when she's in there with them.
They are just so cute! And that's adorable that Woodward sits with them.

Now that you post them all together and they are getting bigger I can see the differences more easliy. They are so precious! It looks like you've got 2 who still haven't completly opened their eyes?

Such cuteness!!!!! Have those two little guys not opened their eyes fully, or have they copped a claw to the eye? When I was fostering, the kittens occasionally got a little rough with each other before they learnt how to control their claws

Yep, they've gotten the claws to the eyes. I just trimmed their claws for the first time so hopefully that will help a little!

Weights for today:

Orion - 13.4 ounces
Callie - 12.8 ounces
Bailey - 12.6 ounces
Rufus - 13.0 ounces
Joey - 12.8 ounces

Well, we've decided for sure now which kittens we are keeping. Originally Bailey and Callie had homes lined up. But it's been a couple weeks now and I haven't heard anything from the lady that was supposed to adopt Callie, despite the fact that I've emailed her several times.
Both Bailey and Joey have WONDERFUL homes lined up for them when they're ready to leave. I feel really good about the homes they are going to, and I know they will be well taken care of.
John and I have decided that we are going to keep Orion, Rufus and Callie. I will be re-naming Callie though, since that's the name that was picked out by the lady that was originally going to adopt her.

The kittens are becoming so much more active. I just sit and stare at them constantly, and watch them play. They are definitely much more entertaining than the TV or computer! I've also introduced them to the litter box. So far, they're more interested in playing in it than using it but they'll figure it out soon enough!

And I'm still having trouble getting on TCS, so if I skip an update or two that's why!

And now on to the pictures!
