I just opened a new bag of Hill's Z/D for my sensitive kitty and found that the kibble looked different than usual. It looks lighter in colour and does not have the usual Z/D smell. This is the fifth bag of Z/D we've been through and I have never encountered this problem before. I'm concerned about using it as my little guy has stool issues. I will definitely call the clinic where I bought it tomorrow but for now, do I feed it to my guys or am I just being over cautious? I hate to cause them an discomfort, and the little guy is going through one of his cycles of stool issues he doesn't need anymore problems.

No, all I have is some Cal Nat chicken & rice that I've been adding to their Z/D over the last two weeks.

Oh that stinks!! I dont know if I would use it if it looks different unless you could possibly check their website to see if they changed the formula or something! Good luck!

Thanks Glitch!

I couldn't bring myself to use.......I just didn't trust it. I used the Cal Nat Chicken & Rice which I had been adding to their Z/D. So far so good, they really like the Cal Nat and so far no upset tummies. Keeping fingers crossed.
