I have been a lurker for awhile now, really enjoy the forum.

I took in a dumped sickly 5 week old kitten about 3 months ago. She had a severe UTI, matted eyes, worms... she lived under ny front deck for 3 days before I could catch her. I don't think she would have lasted another 48 hours. So tiny and sick. Straight to the vet when I got her.

Well she overcame all her ill's, and now has a forever indoor home with me. "Jenny' has a clean bill of health from vet. However, she still sneezes. My vet is not concerned. Tells me many cats that have had UTI will continue to sneeze for all of their lifes. But... twice in the last week Jenny has sneezed very hard, and 'somthing' came out of her. Not sure it came from her throat, or her nose. I have never seen anything like this. Her second time was just a little bit ago.
This 'thing' is around 1/2" long. Very light in color. Appears to have nodules around it. It also appears hollow! Like a casing. But of that?
It is not tape worm, don't believe it is any type of worm. Looks rubbery.
Ever seen anything like this?

Needless to say, a call to vet tomorrow.

First, can I clarify?

UTI - Urinary Tract Infection
URI - Upper Respiratory Infection

Sneezing makes me think URI. But what came out of her....

It's possible she has worms bad enough that they are in her lungs, I've had kitties vomit worms they have them so bad.
