Right out of the mouths of babes

My daughter(will be 4 Feb 11th) and last night she comes to me and says "Mommy, I don't want to grow up to be an old lady"

She is always coming up with the cutest phrases!!

That is so cute. Reminds me of that show "kids say the darndest things" What was your response?

I didn't really know what to say I was like "well honey we all have to get big"

So cute. I wish I had kept a book. My sons were always coming up with some beauties. Especially my youngest. I can't remember a one & that's very sad.

I was on a bus journey home one afternoon, when I heard one young boy say to his friend

"Do you know that when you get killed, you die?"

Well duh!...

It did have me giggling quietly to myself the rest of the way

When my son was 2 or three he kept on messing with the plugs in the light sockets after about 10 times of telling him no I asked him if he wanted to get poped (spanked) He said : No thanks. Now what do you do after that but laugh lol

I forgot something else she said a few weeks ago!!! I had her with me when I got my eyes/lips waxed...and she was sitting on my lap during the process and she told me "dont forget to do your down lip" She was meaning my bottom lip!! The woman doing it and I about died...it sounded so funny!
