What do you need to do to get into a cat show? Is there an attending fee of some sort? What is there to gain besides the ribbons? Prizes, cash..? I am just curious about the shows. Thanks for sharing!

Yes, you have to pay an entry fee. Usually about $45 for the 1st cat you enter and maybe about $20 more for the space depending on the space you need. You only get ribbons if you get into the top 10 for finals or if your cat is a premier/champion you cat get other ribbons. Other then the ribbons there usually isnt anything else to win. For me, I just do it for fun.

The Hawaii shows I went to (when I lived there) had cat food they gave to the #1 cat in each ring.

Yup shes a lilac point. Sad to say thats the last color I wanted when I got her but shes made me like it and now I like all 4 colors.
