Extremely dumb things to say. Got any funnies?

I was just thinking about back in the day, when we would keep showing Cleo to neighbours and friends who would turn up at Tristan's house. For some reason, telling them that her eyes were dead when she was rescued, and that they were both surgically removed...they still say 'oh, so she can't see at all then?'.......ok so even if you're that dumb, SURELY seeing this beautiful kitty, with no eyeballs in her head, just closed lids, would make you think.

I just have to add for some reason, they also think Cleo is some kind of anomoly. Yes, she is amazing and strong and very intelligent. But Tristan's sister still comes into the bedroom and goes 'oh such and such is here, where's Cleo, i want to show her off'

*rolls eyes*

Anyone here had any of those moments where someone has said something unbelievably dumb, or where you may have slipped once or twice? Lol

Ok, this is very embarrassing and my brother and sister won`t let me forget it.

When I had my fish tank at my last flat, the floor must have been slightly uneven coz the water sloped at the top.

One day bro and sis were there and pointed it out and I told them I knew and I tried to sort it out by putting more gravel at the end where the water was lowest. They were rolling on the floor because I still didn`t get why it didn`t work.
