Finally my sisters xmas gift shows up only a month late.
hmm so it took almost 3 months to get here.

anyway, i take it up to her, drop it off, my nephew who is 12 or 13 asks to listen to my ipod(lol its not a ipod) i say sure go ahead.

he comes up to me, and says
uncle bruce why does this guy keep asking asking for someone to loan him a dime to make a phone call.
just use a cell phone.

lol its a old blues song, he wants to use a pay phone.
nephew says whats a pay phone

It's cheaper nowadays to offer a quarter to someone to let you use their cell phone. I don't charge anything when they ask though :p

A friend of ours has an old dial phone, just for laughs she put it on the table, some guessed it was a phone. but none of them could figure out how, to use it.

We still have pay phones here, mainly in malls. U use a pre paid card to operate most of them.

Oh yes. I remember the days when there was a slot for 2p`s and they were all dials not touch pads
