First day on the job

It was just a trial day to make sure that I'm up for the animal caretaker job at the humane society and I'm pretty sure I am... although I got a massive headache from the dogs barking, my back hurts from bending over in the cat cages and my feet feel like I've walked a thousand miles from running the dogs in the cold weather. Yeah, I'm up for the job!

So, now I'm going to rest and wait for the human resources woman calls back to discuss the job hours and such. Oi, what a day!

I wish! They're planning on putting some sound insulation where the dogs are to keep the noise down but I highly doubt it would make much of a difference.

Eek! Your poor ears!

I`m sure I`ve seen places over here where they wear the big ear defenders Not sure where it was though coz it was on tv. Maybe Battersea Dogs Home But the Health and Safety regs here are quite strict now.
