What name to use for HHP cat's show entry?

Hello!
I am hoping for some feedback about which name I should use. I am entering my rescued kitten in a cat show but I am not sure what name to put for his entry form. I call him Church but it is short for Churchill or Winston Churchill so I am not sure which name would be better for the entry form?

I got the name from a cat in a King book and they called the cat Church but he was named after Winston Churchill.

Use his "official" name - if Church is short for Winston Churchill, then that is what you would use in the show (Winston Churchill). Doesn't matter what his nickname is.

Charlie's official name is Charlie Wonka - that's what he was registered as

I'd use Winston Churchill.

My kids pet names are nothing like their registered names, if you felt like getting creative I don't see why you couldn't make up something new.

What's the name on the vaccination records? I usually go with that even though I clicked on Winston Churchill!

I voted for Winston Churchill. I love it! But if you think that name is too long... Maxx's is "Taking it 2 the Maxx."
