His overall size shouts Maine coon, they can exceed 25 lbs. His black nose screams Savannah but without papers hes a beautiful dlh. To entice him into the litter box get and xxl litterbox and place sod on the bottom. Cats love sod.(ps. lace with catnip.)Real cats love it and he is all cat to me.

Well, judging by the photos, the reason he doesn't act like a cat is because he's a dog
You may want to check the links.

And if the cat is meowing, it's not a feral, it's a stray. I would take the kitty to the vet to get t checked for a microchip in case it's just lost, and to get it health checked.

If he's not using the litter box, it's probably because he's still scared. Give him time to settle down.

What are your plans for the cat? Do you plan to keep it as an inside pet? Approximately how old do you think he is? Cats can't be "trained", but you can certainly coax certain behaviours out of them. What did you ant to "train" your cat to do?

Looks like one of those snowy, one blue eyed, longhaired dogcats to me!! I'd just hug him, love him and train him one day at a time!!
