A bit of an offshoot of Cello's tale - but I noticed since I adopted my babies that I'm forever trying to buy pet-friendly cleaners, etc. For example, I now use those Holy Cow cleaners for my counters and mirrors, since they're supposed to be extremely safe for kids and animals. But, I wonder what other pet-friendly detergents and cleaners I might be missing? Any suggestions?

PS - guess anything good for our babies is probably good for the environment and for us too!

I like Method Free & Clear laundry detergent (I have problems with scents causing allergic reactions) so I use it for the cats' stuff too.

I also like Method Naked all purpose cleaner and Clorox Anywhere hard surface cleaner. Dish soap/soapy water or Vinegar & water are what I use to wash the hard floors in my home.

I have more harsh cleaners in my arsenal right now, but it's because of how the apartment was when we moved in.
Those are normally only used for move-in and move-out. For day-to-day, like the mild/environmentally friendly cleaners.
