Those of you who eat steak, how do you like yours cooked???

Just curious! For those of you who eat steak on occassion, how do you like yours cooked? I'm a medium well kinda girl myself!

Mmmmm I love steak! Medium rare for me, it's got to be a bit juicy still

I like mine well-done. I can't eat it any other way

I love mine somewhere between medium rare and medium but I just say medium when I go out! And its really good with japansese shrimp sauce on it! Mmmmm!

I used to be a well done girl, but my bf has got me eating it medium and I have to say, it really is SO much tastier now that its not all dry and overdone

I like mine medium-rare

I prefer well done but on occasion will eat medium well.

I like mine pink inside. DH want's his WELL done - no pink. Whenever we have it, he sits there and "moos" and laughs. And I just say "my steak is perfect - it has plenty of juice...yours is all dried up"....

Medium well - I can't do bloody.

Medium rare, although in restaurants I usually ask for it medium cause I can't eat it if it's too clase to rare....I like to say I like mine medium rare-well

I used to eat mine medium well and then my ex got me to try ti medium rare. Oh my goodness, steak is so much better when, like Sarah said, it's nice and juicy

I like mine medium rare, though I do love steak tartare (raw sirloin).

Medium rare, tending toward rare. I'd rather have my shoe leather on my feet.

Mine has to be well done, can't stand the thought of the blood coming from it

i'm a well done person.... my dad seems to think it needs a nice charcoal glase on it to be done.

I love mine medium rare, for me if it's too cooked it's harder to chew and swallow. I just love beef and my fav is prime rib, med rare of course

If it crunches when I chew it, it's cooked enough

Medium well - I want my cow to stop mooing before I eat it.
