As you all may know sometimes Popsie won't allow me to sleep.
Recently he's been laying down with me then waiting until I just start to fall asleep and wake me back up. I don't understand, if he's not ready for bed why does he lay down in the first place. He doesn't even want anything, just for me to be awake.

When they were younger, we started kicking the cats out any time they woke us up during the night, and just put up with them trying to scratch and mew at the door.

Every morning when they got let back in, they would all be sleeping just outside the door, and would come quietly in, jump onto the bed, and go to sleep purring happily

They learned before too long that waking the people means getting thrown out of the bedroom.

Maybe you're doing a little snort or something and he's just checking to make sure you're ok!
I've woke myself up a few times snoring
and Anna will be raising up, getting ready to see what's going on!
