Saturate it in the pet cleaners then rub it out with a scrub brush. A simple spray with a spray bottle won't work. If you don't want to use that much cleaner, soak with soapy water and scrub it out, then neutralize the odor with the pet stain remover.

I own 2 of these and these are actually better than scrub brushes.

You could try putting a wet towel on top of it for the night, and see if that will moisten it up (okay, ugh, lol) enough that you can get it up. I use the Woolite Oxy- something-or-'nother carpet cleaner (I got it at Walmart, comes in a red and blue bottle). Works great on barf, both dog and cat

A scrub brush only costs a dollar or so, it's always great to have one around.
Add it to your next shopping list.

My Dyson would have that off the carpet in a heartbeat!

I'd say to soak a rag in really hot water and put that down over the spot to soften it up, that should really help, THEN use Nature's Miracle to finish the job on its own.

Exactly. Everyone needs a scrub brush in their homes.

I included the brush in that link in case you wanted something good for more uses. It also gets hair off of furniture pretty good. And it cleans up more easily than scrub brushes. If you ever see one of those, pick one up. You'll be amazed at how many things you can use it for. I use one exclusively for brushing my dogs.

you could use a slicker brush which is a brush used to comb a dog if you have one or you could use any brush that has hard metal like bristel good luck hope it works for you

Try saturating the area with Simple Solution Stain & Odor remover (an enzyme cleaner for cat urine stains, from the pet store - it also works great for cleaning up vomit, even the old dried-up stuff). Then saturate some paper towels with the solution and leave them on top of the spot at least overnight to wet the area thoroughly. After a day or so, it should soften up so you can dab it off with a cloth.
