I'm making a list from my wild child days but it's going to date me. What famous people have you seen, met, or known?

I shook Arnold Schwarzenegger's hand

if you open it up to seen in person that list would be way to long.
Keep in mind that i worked as lighting guy doing live shows,
so lots of bands where in and out. During college i worked on teh stage crew that did the great american lecture thing. so i will keep it down to the just the ones i liked

I have met and talked to Patti Smith and Joey Ramone. Jimmy Destri and Clem Burke from Blondie came to one of my parties and Debbie Harry and I went clothes shopping in Austin right after "Call Me" came out.

I think that I've posted before that I dated Junior Brown for a year, and he was friends with Jimmy Vaughn so we hung out with him sometimes. I met more musicians with Junior I'm trying to remember.

I was once invited to a after-the-concert Queen party but I was really young and was too scared to go.

I'll post more as I think of them.

And Barenaked Ladies, friends of a friend of husband's.

Wow, I haven't really seen any famous people..I was up close to one of our previous Prime Ministers

The only "famous person" I have ever been around is the premier of Saskatchewan.

at a concert here I met the members of dr hook....
shook kenny rogers hand once and talked to him with my mom...
my mother actually had a dance with lou christie when he was here for a concert.
and I met roger moore once when he was here - funny story I didn't know he was in the city until I went to a shopping mall wondered what the big crowd was for and he came through the crowd and bumped into me... cool.
oh..and my once hero..."elvira"..lol hence my name mistress of the dark...
oh wait..kurt angle the wrestler..I have my photo taken with him...

I've said Hi to Melanie Griffin, had Jeremy Irons sitting in my yard and Frank Langella on my porch, I met Ann B.Davis (Alice on THE BRADY BUNCH) at a Episcopal Church Convention and got Sally Ride's autograph.

I have met several Packers/ former Packers.... I saw Brett Favre at a Green Bay gas station. He said "Hi" to me, but I was too shy for anything else... Regiie White, Grady Jackson, Gilbert Brown (a few times) Donald Driver, LeRoy Butler, Mike Sherman, Robert Brooks, Santana Dotson, seen Bart Starr at an ice cream shop (and one girl that accidentally got ice cream all over him and not know who he was! He bought her a new one!) LOL I know there's more, but those are the most memorable....

I met several now WWE wrestlers as a kid as my mom used to work promotions for them...

I shook Bill Clinton's hand in 1997. I also shook Bon Jovi's hand at an Al Gore campaign in 2000. I also seen John Kerry speak when he was campaigning.

I answered the phone when Sean Hannity called my friend. She contacted him as she was a big advocate for Terry Shaivo when all that was going on!

While at Great Dixter I saw Christopher Lloyd's dog!! and Garret Fergus (or is it Fergus Garret??)his right hand man.
Personal tour at Adrian Bloom's Foggy Bottom and met (with pics) his father Alan Bloom the father of perennial bed design. Was in his house too!!

I got rose from Gene Simmons at a Kiss concert when i was 17

i also got to shake hands with david copperfield and i had my picture taken with gene simmons, w/out make-up

Believe it or not since I live in Southern Cali I have never encountered anyone famous...or not that i've recognized anyway.

There is no point in me listing the famous people I have met as no American would recognise any of them!! They're mostly Irish famous. If you've heard of the group Iron Maiden, their (now ex) bass player tried to get me to go out with him. Not my cup of tea!
