What did everyone have for dinner tonight? I'm a little late posting!
I'm just now having a quick bite to eat! Mac & Cheese (with lactaid milk and cheese that doesn't make me sick) tonight and a little lunch meat....and some chocolate milk ( lactaid mik ) for dinner!
I really plan to go to the grocery store tomorrow

I think I forgot to eat supper really. I had....ummm....the wheat cubes with frosting on them? I can't even remember what they're called!
I'm really tired....anyways....cereal & milk for supper.

'Night all!

Chicken Pot Pie -- great way to use up leftover chicken and veg, and the boy loves anything of that sort. Was pretty good, if I say so myself.

FORGOT TO EAT SUPPER????
Wish that was one of my problems....the thought of forgetting supper would never enter my chubby little mind! :-)
We had meatloaf , scallopped potatoes with cheese and green beans with bacon.

I made that winter rainbow gratin. It is veggie, delicious, and my carnivore hubby liked it too. It's a keeper.

I'm on my pre-op diet, preparatory to lap-band surgery on February 1st, so last night... an Opti-Fast chocolate "shake" with a touch of vanilla extract to perk it up.

Breakfast this morning: an Opti-Fast chocolate "shake" with a touch of vanilla extract to perk it up.

Dinner tonight: heaven help me, an Opti-Fast chocolate "shake"...

Maybe this time I'll use rum extract instead.

Or maybe I'll just drink the extract straight...

My first attempt at homemade salisbury steak.
So far, it looks and smells great, we'll see if it tastes as good in a bit.

Wow, lap band surgery!! Good luck! I would be too scared to have bariatric surgery, tho' one of my doctors did gently suggest that to me once.

Last night we had subs, and we had the leftovers for lunch today. Tonight it's dinner on the cheap... rice with some hearty soup poured over it to look like dinner
